Carisa Brown Executive Director

Carisa Brown, LPN

Executive Director

Carisa Brown serves as The Lodge at Greeley’s executive director. Nearly 30 years into her career, she has worked in all facets of care, from cardiac intensive care to senior acute care, home health and hospice, teaching, and more. Transitioning into senior care leadership with her background in the clinical side of care, Carisa believes it helps her more deeply support her team at The Lodge. Carisa holds a licensed practical nurse degree and a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification and is a Colorado Assisted Living Administrator.

Outside of work, Carisa enjoys spending time with her three adult sons and can’t get enough of the outdoors. She loves to hike and enjoys bird watching and wildlife watching.

Jennifer Richards Sales and Marketing Associate

Sales and Marketing Associate

Jennifer Richards serves The Lodge at Greeley team as the sales and marketing associate. She started her career in senior living as a resident assistant before moving to a qualified medication administration personnel (QMAP) for a few years and then became a certified nursing assistant. Jennifer’s favorite part of her job is building personal relationships and bonds with every resident, from the moment they come into the community.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing homemade crafts.

Brian Alles Director of Culinary Services

Culinary Services Director

Chef Brian Alles serves The Lodge at Greeley as the director of Culinary Services. His favorite part of the job is sharing his passion for cooking with residents, team members and visitors. Before joining our team, he spent 12 years at Poudre Valley Hospital and UC Health, cooking for hundreds of patients and managing an entire kitchen staff.

As a lifelong Greeley resident, Chef Brian attended West Greeley High School and the University of Northern Colorado. He is married with two children.

Maintenance Director

Brent Harper joins The Lodge at Greeley staff with over 30 years of experience in building maintenance in the health care industry. As the maintenance director, he is responsible for providing a clean, comfortable, home-like environment for our residents. Brent’s favorite part of the job is working hard to complete tasks that make residents’ lives more enjoyable and comfortable.

In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time in the state’s beautiful country and wilderness areas.

Kailee Hight Business Office Manager

Kailee Hight

Business Office Manager 

As the Business Office manager, Kailee Hight oversees The Lodge at Greeley’s financial operations and human resources details. Before joining our community, Kailee worked in senior care at a skilled nursing community and found she loved working with seniors and serving her community while developing strong relationships with residents and their families.

When not working, you can find Kailee with her two children, hiking, reading and quilting.
